On 30 January 2002 the author wrote and published "Operation Shekhinah", which accurately predicted the invasion of Iraq more than fourteen months before it actually happened. Then on 20 December 2003, the published report "Whatshisname" accurately predicted that Muqtada al-Sadr's Shi'ite Mehdi Army would open a southern front in Iraq, four months before it actually happened. These two reports alone  prove that Vialls Investigations' forward analysis of received intelligence, is 1000% more accurate than propaganda organs such as the New York Times and the Washington Post, on critical matters which directly concern ordinary American and other citizens.

            In order to truly understand how America arrived where she is today, and accurately comprehend why and how events like 9-11 take place, it is essential to examine Zionist behavior and hostile actions as far back as the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917, though mercifully most of the meaningful data starts around 1980, when Ronald Reagan came to power in America, and joined hands with Margaret Thatcher across the Atlantic in a blatant bid to undermine sovereign Russia and most of the Muslim nations in the Middle East. It was these precipitous Zionist- driven events of the eighties that led to a 'quiet' micro-nuclear war between Russia and America. Starting in 1988, that quiet micro-nuclear war continues unabated today.

            This then is my next self-imposed assignment, though as usual it will take a lot of time and considerable funds to research and write accurately. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank [though not name] those kind donors who have already provided me with free unlimited-bandwidth web sites, and sufficient funds to upgrade my computer equipment to the point where I can now 'grab' frames from Zionist media footage with three times the clarity that I could manage just a few months ago. This is very important, because the nature of propaganda today, frequently makes it possible to expose deliberate New York deceptions, by posting embarrassing and compromising  frames of their own television footage on my own web site!

            If at all possible, I would like to expand these capabilities still further, with a view to ultimately being able to display short film clips in real time on the web pages, and provide brief audio takes of compromising media chatter sourced from decrypted satellite communications. Because satellites orbit in international airspace there is of course no law to stop me capturing and decrypting their signals, though the equipment needed to do the job effectively is prohibitively expensive. Where I was looking at hundreds of dollars for web sites and frame grabbing equipment, I am now facing potential costs of thousands of dollars, without any concrete guarantee of success.

             Nonetheless I think it is worth the effort to at least try to achieve these objectives, and therefore call on you to assist me if you can. My disability pension is just about sufficient to buy our daily bread, but it cannot hope to cover the massive costs involved here.             Early this morning I was preparing to write a report about the desecration of war graves in Gaza, and the beheading of Nicholas Berg which followed swiftly afterwards, when a reader contacted me with the news that my website at Yahoo Geocities had "suddenly vanished". And so it had, despite the fact that my site is located in America, where the First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech, of the press, of association, of assembly and petition. Taken as a whole, the component parts of the First Amendment comprise what we refer to as 'freedom of expression'. The Supreme Court has written that this freedom is "the matrix, the indispensable condition of nearly every other form of freedom." Without it, all other fundamental rights would die.

            We will return to Gaza and Berg in a moment, but first it should be noted that my Geocities web site was not located in America by accident. Like millions of others from more than fifty nations around the world, it was placed there to take direct advantage of the First Amendment, with all international web site owners including myself inadvertently providing valuable income streams for monolithic American institutions like Yahoo.

            None of us care who the directors of Yahoo are, nor do we care whether or not these faceless bodies are happily married, separated, or divorced. Millions of us provide these executives with their pocket money each and every week, a situation that is likely to change very swiftly if paid web sites are terminated on the direct orders of the somewhat odious 'Department of Homeland Security', or on the mere whim of a Zionist power broker.

            Ignoring the First Amendment, or even indulging in selective censorship, will ultimately turn Yahoo and its motley brethren into giant corporate basket cases, to be replaced in turn by other smaller companies who still respect the American Constitution. This is not good news for Yahoo investors.

            Naturally enough there are many people out there who did not want the accurate advance warning of the invasion of Iraq that I provided, and there are yet others who object to my accurate accounts of appalling U.S. Marine behavior in Fallujah just a few weeks ago. The problem is, you cannot make an omelet without first breaking a few eggs.

            Though censoring reports like mine might delay the inevitable war crimes trial for a while, it will not stop that trial from taking place. In the fullness of time, criminals like Sharon, Bush, Wolfowitz, Perle and Rumsfeld will be brought to justice, as will Blair and Straw in England, plus Howard, Downer and Williams in Australia.

           Far worse than basic censorship like this, are obscene covert actions designed to cause the masses to believe in outright lies, which brings me back to the "double whammy" of the desecrated war graves in Gaza, and the spectacular beheading of Nicholas Berg which followed just 48 hours later. As we will see in this brief report, both atrocities were custom-designed to deflect attention away from the multiple war crimes in Iraq, and, in particular, to deflect attention away from those officials and politicians at the top who issued the Stalinist orders to torture and rape "whoever they wanted, whenever they wanted".

           I have no intention of getting bogged down in the minutiae of whether a particular Arab called Abdul or Osama was supposed to be the ringleader in the Gaza war graves cemetery desecration, or whether Nicholas Berg shared an Internet password with 9-11 suspect Zacarias Moussaoui, who has still not been convicted of anything. In my professional view, both claims are deliberate establishment red herrings designed to lure ordinary Americans as far away from the truth as possible. Far better to first rule out the impossible, which, as famous author Arthur Conan Doyle once wrote, then leaves use with the truth, no matter how improbable that truth might be.

           First, we need to take a close look at Gaza. Under Islamic Law, all burial grounds are holy sites regardless of who is buried there, i.e. Muslim, Christian, Jew and so on. In almost all countries and cultures, defiling a holy site is an offence in law, but Islam is almost unique in imposing a mandatory term of imprisonment, which varies in length depending on the severity of the crime.

           Thus no Muslim would risk committing such a small crime for such a high price, especially against the graves of British soldiers who died freeing these particular Muslims from the Ottoman Empire. Oops, did the establishment media forget to tell you about that bit? And even if a handful of Muslims did suddenly go insane and head for the cemetery to defile the graves of those who helped to free them from the Turks, they would have been cut down in less than five seconds by heavy machine gun and cannon fire, from one of more than fifty Israeli armored occupation vehicles in the immediate area. 

            Final positive identification where the Gaza covert operation is concerned, was the painting of Nazi swastikas on some of the gravestones. The swastika has no particular meaning or emotional significance for Muslims, but it certainly has for Jews. Now ask yourself who actually controls the roads around the war cemetery in Gaza, and thus who also controls access to the graves. Israel does! I'm glad we've sorted that one out… Now then, who has already demonstrated opportunity, motive and method in terms of demonizing the Muslims in Gaza? None other than Israel, on a daily basis for nearly sixty years.  

            By now you have probably guessed correctly that the culprit was the Jewish State, where it is common to see leftist demonstrator banners reading 'Sharon = Adolf Hitler' and 'Bush = Nazi' scattered across Tel Aviv, nearly all of them daubed with scary swastikas. So chalk the Gaza War Cemetery covert job up with 99.9% certainty to  local members of Mossad's neighborhood watch, who were only trying to help out their equally depraved cousins on the other side of the Atlantic.

            The synthetic beheading of Nicholas Berg was also custom-designed to lift pressure off beleaguered war criminals Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz, while at the same time hopefully 'proving' that Muslims are 'worse than us' in terms of their apparent willingness to commit human rights atrocities. But, predictably, civilian officials in the Pentagon got it wrong again, especially when they announced, "the speaker on the tape is al Qaeda-linked terrorist Abu Musab Zarqawi, and that person is shown decapitating American citizen Nicholas Berg."

            Abu Musab Zarqawi is known to be a close friend of Osama Bin Laden, though of course there is no proof of any kind that Zarqawi is a terrorist, and 'al Qaeda' [literally meaning 'The Base'] is nowadays generally acknowledged as the artistic joint creation of Richard Clark, The Mossad and the CIA. Bin Laden and Zarqawi are both deeply religious men, equally committed to Islamic traditions and Islamic law, with the latter rendering the summary beheading of Nicholas Berg impossible for any devout Muslim, as we will now discover.

           In the first place, under Islamic tradition and law all captives must be treated with dignity, and be properly clothed & fed.  Where necessary they must also be provided with appropriate medical treatment. These rules are scrupulously followed to the letter in Iraq, as already proved  by the capture and treatment of Private Jessica Lynch and, more recently, by the capture and treatment of Mississippi truck driver Thomas Hamill.

           Despite the fact that Americans are illegal invaders in Iraq, which is a criminal offence in international law, and despite frantic western media spin to the contrary, Lynch and Hamill have both confirmed independently of each other that they were properly clothed and fed, and their wounds correctly treated with the best medical assistance and equipment available. Both have stated freely that at no time were they hooded, coerced, or tortured in any way. Thus Lynch and Hamill stand out like shining beacons of truth, in an insane western media world constantly peddling vilification and lies.

            Even setting aside the moral and legal obligations imposed on Muslims, there are two other terminal flaws in the Berg case. No person may be punished at all, unless he is first convicted of a crime by judges in a properly convened Islamic court. Berg was not accused of any crime, and he was not tried in court. Secondly there is no provision in Islamic Law for execution by beheading.

 

           The Koran permits crucifixion for "Making war against Allah [God] and his messengers", and also mentions flogging for bearing false witness, for adultery and fornication. Nowhere does the Koran condone or even mention beheading. The Hadith [traditions based on reports of the sayings and activities of Muhammad] makes reference to stoning as a punishment for various serious offenses, but nowhere does it condone or even mention beheading as a punishment. Because this punishment is not documented as permissible in Islam's two holy books, no Muslim would dare administer it, with or without due process.

            Try to remember that appalling though it was, Berg's televised death was an American/Israeli joint COINTELPRO operation aimed at getting Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz off the hook, while at the same time deflecting attention away from countless American war crimes in Iraq. Speed was of the essence, and the content of the video had to be as shocking as possible. A certain powerful civilian inside the Pentagon remembered a particularly gruesome event back in 1978, assumed it was normal Islamic punishment, and promptly ordered that Berg be executed in the same horrible way by his American mercenary captors.

            The event in question was the execution of 23-year-old Princess Misha and her husband in Jedda, Saudi Arabia. Misha was one of around 2,000 Saudi princesses who were obliged to preserve the House of Saud bloodlines by submitting to arranged marriages, but she decided to rebel and marry the man she loved.

           To cut a very long story short, Princess Misha eloped with a young man called Shaar, cousin of Saudi Arabia's influential ambassador in Beirut, the former General Ali Shaar. She adhered strictly to Islamic law, and persuaded a sheikh [priest or pastor equivalent] to marry them, before they both went to ground at the Hotel Al-Attras in a seaside resort called The Creek, north of Jedda. Unfortunately they were later identified when trying to flee the country by aircraft, and both were arrested on royal [not judicial] warrants.

         Princess Misha's grandfather was prince Muhammad Bin Adbul Aziz, the eldest surviving son of Ibn Saud and senior prince of the Saudi royal family, and he was furious.  Though Misha had committed no offence whatever under Islamic law, her 'rebellious' behavior threatened to undermine the obedience of the other 2,000 Saudi princesses. This unelected potentate then arbitrarily sentenced Princess Misha and her husband to death, despite the fact that the Islamic Courts refused to handle the case. King Khaled, the sole surviving full brother of Prince Muhammad, refused to sign an execution order, but he did not intervene either. 

           On Prince Muhammad's personal orders, the couple were taken to the bazaar in Jedda on the following Friday midday, the customary time and place for the punishment of criminals. Other Saudi princesses were taken there to witness the spectacle and thus be suitably intimidated. Grandfather's retainers shot the princess dead in front of her husband, who was then very slowly and gruesomely beheaded by grandfather's personal bodyguards, because no one else was prepared to execute an innocent man on the whim of a potentate.

            It is perhaps ironic that the illegal execution of Princess Misha was one of the triggers which finally sent the young Osama Bin Laden off in the direction of Afghanistan to fight the Russians, because he could no longer tolerate living in a country where unelected potentates ignored the law and the judiciary, imposing instead the sorts of torture and arbitrary death sentences that Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz favor today. If you want to know who really ordered the execution of Nicholas Berg, you need look no further than the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense in Washington, D.C.

           In a way, I suppose that being banned by a multinational as large as Yahoo is a perverse "pat on the back", because fools and inaccurate analysts pose no threat at all to the power brokers in New York and Washington, and their web sites will be left unaffected. Unfortunately it is also expensive.

           Despite the generous donation of web space by others in the  past, I am now once more compelled to buy another web site to replace Yahoo, for use as a backup and so on. This  means paying twice in the same month, which is exceedingly difficult on a miniscule disability pension.
